Every item is made to order with care, so we take extra steps to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you ever have a question, our friendly team is here to help.
Orders & Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take a bit longer.
How do I create an account?
Click on the My Account icon in the top right corner of our website and follow the prompts.
How do I change my shipping address?
Please log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and update your shipping information. We might not be able to change the address if we have already processed your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view tracking details in your account under Order History.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
We prioritize your security and do not store credit card information without your consent. You may choose to save payment details securely during checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We’re working on expanding to other destinations in the future.
Will my items arrive together?
Depending on product availability, items may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We gladly offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged in shipping, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please see our full Returns Policy page for details.
I received the wrong item.
We’re so sorry! Please email support@dogloverutopia.com with your order number, and we’ll send the correct item at no cost.
My order arrived damaged.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

How do I get customer support?
You can email us at support@dogloverutopia.com or call 805-665-4775. Our support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order is still pending processing, we kindly ask you to contact us promptly to update your address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?
You can cancel an order before it ships. Once it’s in production or has shipped, the return policy applies.
Can I preorder a sold-out item?
At this time, we don’t offer preorders. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
