Where We Ship

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or diplomatic posts.

  • We may expand to other areas in the future.

Made-to-Order Production

Each item is specially made to order, which helps us reduce waste and ensure the highest quality. Because of this, delivery takes a little longer than mass-produced products—but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing: Typically 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days via USPS or FedEx.

  • Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

  • Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

  • During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take longer.

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • No hidden fees—everything is clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.

  • You can also track your order anytime on our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All shipments are insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dogloverutopia.com with your order number and photos, if applicable. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
