Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dog Lover Utopia. We want you to love your purchase! Please review our returns policy below.

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

Damaged in shipping—Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Defective products—If your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Incorrect item received – If we sent the wrong product, we’ll make it right.

In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a refund or replacement.

Change-of-mind returns (for example, if you simply no longer want the item).
We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items, unless they are damaged or defective.

Email support@dogloverutopia.com within the required timeframe (48 hours for damage, 30 days for defects/incorrect items).
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We’ll review your request and provide instructions or a prepaid return label if needed.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

You may cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, it will follow the return process outlined above.
